The project volunteers are preparing to take actions during the 4th International Festival of Youth Creativity FOLK INSPIRATIONS. The volunteers will test their skills in a variety of areas: artistic, educational, organizational, technical, etc. The first phase of the project includes, among other, the training cycle. On 11th June, the first of them "Good practices of volunteering" was held.
The academic society DESIGNER from the Technical University of Lodz began regular cooperation with the Youth Centre in Lodz during the 3rd edition of the Festival in 2013. This resulted in creating the exhibition “Folk Design” including fashion collection, educational mats and projects inspired by international folklore.
Our Festival is an important cultural event in Lodz, involving many young active people in the preparations. It is our goal to promote Folk Inspirations among the inhabitants of Lodz, and to expand the group of Festival’s fans.
